Please note the following:
- Timing: we have a 7 calendar day Returns & Refund Policy, beginning from the day of the order's delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- Damage during shipping or items lost in transit is at the customer’s risk, which is why we recommend paying for tracking or product insurance.
The first step is to file a Returns Request.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns Request' and include your:
- Order Number
- Reason for the return
- Photograph of the item
2. Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox.
3. If your request for return is approved, we will provide the address of return and you can send your item to us for assessment.
4. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to the credit card/original payment method.
